first time home buyers excite me...they remind me of times when I was just fresh and curious about life and home ownership...Now I take the time to educate them through out the process and start by listening to what the buyers is saying and asking. We have fun in the process and at the end the buyers has full understanding of the contracts used and what a mortgage is.
Experienced buyers and Investors bring another challenge. They have a goal and determined why they are making this next purchase. There is specific items they want and I take extra time to sit down in our initial meeting to LISTEN and less time talking...part of my ability to negotiate well is that I have learned to listen and ask good questions that help me understand more completely what is going to motivate and stimulate a desired response. Again the ultimate goal with experienced buyers and investor is to find what they are truly wanting and negotiating a great deal. My Motto with what I do:
